Premier Sports Travel - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Contract of Sale
A contract shall have been deemed to be made between Premier Sports Travel Ltd ("us"), and the "client" when the client confirms requirements by e-mail, fax, letter, electronic order form or by telephone and Premier Sports Travel Ltd have accepted the booking.

2. Price
The prices of packages supplied by Premier Sports Travel Ltd carry a premium. The premium charged above the face value of tickets reflect our costs of obtaining packages and are based on supply and demand for the package requested.

3. Payment
3.1. Payments Accepted - Premier Sports Travel Ltd accept payment by cheque, debit card and credit card (3.5% fee applies)
3.2. Deposit - A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be advised and is dependent on the package requested and payment requirements of our suppliers.
3.3. Settlement of Balance - The payment schedule for further payments and the final balance will be issued to the client at the time of booking.
3.4. Failure to Pay - If payment is not made within the timescales set out at the time of booking the contract will be cancelled due to breach of contract by the client. Premier Sports Travel Ltd reserve the right to re-allocate the package without informing the client.
3.5. In the event of Premier Sports Travel Ltd terminating the contract under clause 3.3 Premier Sports Travel Ltd shall be entitled to retain all sums of money already paid by the client.

4. Cancellation
4.1. Any notice of cancellation or alteration to a booking must be made in writing to Premier Sports Travel Ltd, 72 Grattons Drive, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 3AG.
4.2. Premier Sports Travel Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by cancellation of the Event because of government action, strike, civil commotion, national disaster or other force majeur, in no circumstances shall Premier Sports Travel Ltd be liable for any consequential loss.

5. Consequences of Client Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled by the client more than 60 days from the event they will be liable for 50% of the cost of travel and accommodation and 100% of the cost of tickets or hospitality packages. For bookings cancelled within 60 days of the event the client is liable for the full cost of the booking.

6. Package Alterations
6.1. All packages advertised are subject to availability.
6.2. Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed either before of after confirmation of the booking.
6.3. Premier Sports Travel Ltd has the right to change the price applicable to a booking (upwards or downwards) at any time prior to a booking being accepted.

7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to Premier Sports Travel Ltd who follow these principles:

7.1. We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). For example, if you wish to register your contact details with Premier Sports Travel Ltd for information to be provided to you whether this is by email, phone, post or in person, we will ensure that your Personal Information is not provided to third parties at any time. However, we may use your Personal Information to inform you of new features, services, and products from Premier Sports Travel Ltd. You may opt out of this by indicating to a member of staff that you do not wish to receive such material.
7.2. To make sure that your Personal Information for contact is correct and current, you may contact us to review and update your customer information.

8. Liability of Premier Sports Travel Ltd
8.1. The client hereby acknowledges that Premier Sports Travel Ltd acts as agent of the client in arranging the booking and that Premier Sports Travel Ltd will not be liable for any misrepresentation, negligence, contractual or tortuous loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the client or any third party.
8.2. In any event Premier Sports Travel Ltd shall not be liable for death or personal injury, loss of property suffered by the client or it’s guests arising out of the booking.

9. Law and Construction
The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and Premier Sports Travel Ltd and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.
